VISIT TO THE CHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT OF ÇANKIRI HACI MURAD-I VELİ ANATOLIAN IMAM HATIP HIGH SCHOOL
10th grade students from Çankırı Hacı Murad-ı Veli Anatolian Imam Hatip High School visited the Chemistry Department of our university within the scope of the “Learning About Higher Education Project.” One of our department faculty members, Assist. Prof. Dr. Serkan Koldaş, delivered a presentation titled “Organic Chemistry in Daily Life” to the visiting students and subsequently provided comprehensive information about our laboratory facilities and the academic studies carried out in our department. During the event, which aimed to enhance young students’ scientific curiosity, the participants had the opportunity to experience the university environment firsthand and learn about the critical role of chemistry in daily life and industry.
The event, enriched by the students’ enthusiasm in the laboratory environment and their interactive questions, concluded with a commemorative group photo session.
